We ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been handed to USPS. Premora cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.

Email us at support@premora.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday with instructions on how to proceed.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can follow your parcel the whole way on our website at TRACK ORDER. If you have not received your tracking email please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
